First-time international customers must contact us at custserv@thebicyclegarage.net and provide us with your name, mailing and shipping addresses, and a telephone number where you may be reached. We will use this information to set you up in our system to better serve you with ordering.

Pricing and Payment
All pricing is in U.S. dollars. All international orders must be paid for in U.S. funds at the time the order is placed. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept checks or COD for Internet orders.

Shipping from the U.S. to another country can be expensive!
Please note that to ship internationally an international shipping surcharge will typically need to be added.  If you place your order on our website, the shipping charge applied to the order by default is for domestic shipping only.  International customers must Contact Us to obtain the shipping surcharge amount to be added to the order. Then the international customer can place the order, adding the international shipping surcharge, per our Products webpage.

Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
you are solely responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, and additional expense levied by the exporting country (U.S.), the destination country, or any intermediary country through which your order may pass. We recommend that you research these potential charges prior to placing an order with The Bicycle Garage, LLC. Export Controls
The Bicycle Garage, LLC products and services, including user manuals and software, are subject to all U.S. export control laws, regulations and administrative policies. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Purchaser understands that a license, written approval or other authorization may be required from the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls of the U.S. Department of State or other U.S. government agency prior to the export or re-export of these items from the U.S. Guidance may be found at http://www.bis.doc.gov/ and http://www.pmdtc.org/contactus.htm.
