I've added an excel file with the latest edition of my attempt to figure out all the C-C distances (and when I have a few more time, cut lengths) as well as angles. I'm beginning my first frame and built this to take some of the guesswork out. Now I will share. Here is how it calculates Seat tube is static, and off of this the TT is placed and the TT/HT intersection is found Then separately the DT/HT intersection is calculated based on fork height, head tube extension, tubing width Headset stack, etc. Then the HT dist is calculated. **Note some frames could occur where the DT will intersect the HT above the TT. In this case I assume one should change the TT angle to a greater degree, as this will leave all other measurements the same. Rear triangle is calculated based on BB drop, CS length, and Dropout Angle. I have not yet fully integrated tubing widths, only when looking at the HT and showing what the gap will be between the interior edge of each tube. There is also no real graphic of a complete bike with all the angles etc, but if you just read through they are all there in the text.
