My Philosophy

Build World Class Bicycle Frames, using traditional bicycle frame building
techniques, finely handcrafted and fabricated with my hands.

Maintain and cultivate " Fundamentals Based " methods that are true to the Craft
of traditional frame building.

The bike and rider are a system which must be purposefully optimized.

Design, tune and build each bicycle one at a time to order, utilizing my
" True-Handling & Fingerprint-Fit " processes and methodologies.

To make frames that are truly handmade, via a fabrication process refined to have
an extremely small carbon footprint, using no machinery.

Frame Design Fit Process

I interview the client to discuss several inputs critical to the design and tuning of
their custom frame, including riding style, their other bikes, the intended use for
the frame, plus present and future goals.  Merging this information with the client's
body measurements, I establish the optimum frame geometry & material for the
purpose.  In parallel, aesthetic details are reviewed, personalizing the frame for the
client, and synergizing the aesthetics with the overall design theme.  Over a period
of time, this process is refined to the utmost, via several iterations through
continued interactions and information exchange with the client.

Once the design is finalized, I then handbuild the frame and fork using traditional
framebuilding techniques, handcrafted, made-to-measure, designed specifically for
each client.

As an option, to compliment the bicycle, I can generate a documentation suite,
including any combination of CAD drawings, specification sheets, and fabrication
photos.   If desired, I assemble the client's frame with any combination of
components.

tend to ride typically for general health and fitness, the love of cycling, pleasure,
touring, or commuting.
