MSH1 Bicycle Works ®
I use standard or oversize CroMo steel tubing from True
Temper, Columbus or Reynolds, Henry James lugs,
bottom brackets, fork crowns and Stainless Steel dropouts
which are among the finest in the world. Henry James'
elegant investment cast lugs, bottom brackets and fork
crowns are available in CroMo or Stainless Steel. Stainless
Steel tubing is also available.
I braze with 56% silver braze to ensure world class
quality and craftsmanship (50% silver for stainless).
Below is a list of prices for my handbuilt frames, forks,
upgrades, options and paint.
Frames
Silver brazed lugged frame, Stainless Steel dropouts, typical set of braze-ons: $2795
Silver brazed lugged frame, Stainless dropouts, bare no braze-ons: $2485
Each frame includes a set of decals applied under the clearcoat.
My decal sets are available in 3 color arrangements.
Optional custom painted decal / logos / symbol / emblem designs, utilizing airbrush or spray
mask techniques available.
A Chris King Headset (or equivalent) is included with each frameset.

Paint
I utilize liquid paint to achieve a spectacular finish that will be durable and beautiful. Includes
hand-etching, primer, sanding, paint, decal application, clear, more sanding, and more clear.
As a result, the decals disappear into the clearcoat - meaning a perfectly smooth surface.
Master Painter Keith Anderson primarily does my paint. Other paint options are available
upon request.
I take great care in preparing the frame & lugs prior to painting. I strongly believe that paint
should not be utilized to hide, mask or cover-up. My frames look incredible before any paint is
applied. I use paint as a means to protect, personalize and hold the decals. Nevertheless,
the spectacular paint jobs on my bikes are among the finest in the world. Just don't forget the
marvelous creation underneath the paint...
There are unlimited color options, color combinations and styles. I work with each client to
design the perfect paint design scheme for their bike.

Optional Clear Powdercoat base, with clear liquid topcoat is available starting at $400.

I treat each frame & fork with the legendary J.P. Weigle Frame Saver in a series of two
applications, preventing corrosion, and ensuring a long life.
